1.服务基本介绍
　　五洲宾馆在线订房可以向广大用户提供基于Internet的宾馆客房预定服务。

2.生成订单
　　在宾馆的详细信息页面中，选定所需的房型，点"预订"按钮，正确填写人数、日期以及详细资料后提交，则宾馆将被加入到您的"未提交订单"中。并弹出确认页面。

3.订单提交
　　当您确认您的"未提交订单"输入无误后，点击"提交"按钮，将出现"提交成功"的信息。

4.预订回复
　　在您提交预订单后，本网络将立即将您的订单进行操作。在24小时内，我们将向您回复电子邮件或电话联系确认，说明是否接受预定。如接受，将同时确认应付房价及确认保留时间。于入住时间前三天订房，视为紧急订房，敬请注意。一般情况下，提前五天以上订房，我宾馆接受预订的确认保留时间将不少于24小时。

5.付款
　　当我们已确认可以接受您的预订时，您必须在我宾馆规定的确认保留期限内进行按照五洲宾馆确认的价格进行现金支付，否则将被视为自动取消订单。

7.入住
　　在完成预订后，您只需要根据预订单中的入住时间，到五洲宾馆，凭本人的身份证或护照即可办理入住。 我宾馆于中午12：00以后办理入住手续。如果在上述时间段之外办理入住，即上午到店的，宾馆可视住房率决定是否给予提早入住，您不得表示异议。

8.不可抗力
　　如果由于不可抗力因素（如航班/车次晚点或取消）造成您的入住计划改变，请您尽可能提前通知我们（86-755-82938000） ，我们会尽全力为您减少麻烦，避免损失。

9.离店
　　五洲宾馆于中午12：00以前办理离店，如果您想于中午12：00后离店，决定权完全在于宾馆当日值班柜台，请事先征得宾馆柜台值班人员同意，否则宾馆有权根据宾馆规定收取一定房费，请特别注意。

10.更改或取消预订
　　宾馆预定确认后，您可于确认保留期限内、付款前任何时候取消预订，并不必支付任何费用。 若于付款后需取消订房，或您计划减少入住的时间，请您提前48小时通知我宾馆。 如果您入住后实际入住时间少于预订入住时间，或者您根本没有前去入住，请您提前48小时通知，否则我宾馆有权收取全部房费。 紧急订房时，如有任何更改或取消，我宾馆有权收取全额住房费用。请特别留意。（若是前台现付的酒店,则您必须在入住当日18:00之前抵达酒店,否则将自动取消预订并扣去一定的点数。）退款可与我宾馆指定地点联系进行办理。联系电话：（86-755-82938000）

11.房价优惠
　　我宾馆提供的客房预定均比一般门市价享不同程度的优惠，欢迎进行网上预订。

12.延长住宿
　　如果您住房的时间超过了预定单中的时间，那么您必须提前24小时与我宾馆联系办理续订。

13.汇率折算
　　本网站中房价的汇率折算（外币--人民币）均按照我宾馆规定的当日汇率折算为准。

14.违约责任
　　本网站恕不承担各类意外的原因造成的违约责任。由于用户提供错误信息而导致的订房失败或房价计算错误等，由用户自行承担相应责任。

　 Welcome to on-line Reservation Service of Wuzhou Guest House. Following is the reser－vation form. Please leave us guest’s name, arrive date, departure date and requirement for room.

　We like to have your contact information such as private mobile-phone or telephone/fax number, e_mail address, within 48 hours, we will feedback the relevent confirmation letter through mail, fax or call, with the letter, you can have the price and reservation time. The room will be kept till 6:00PM. If we cannot access you after this time, we will cancellation your reservation. If guest will postphone the schedule, please you directly to call us on 0755-82938109 as early as possible.

　Normally hotel do check-in after 12:00AM, please take your ID card or passport when you check in, if guest arrive to hotel before 12:00 noon, room may not be available which de－pends on room reservation late. When guest check in, hotel need get deposit such as cash or credit card.(example: GW card, AE card, P.C card etc.)

　Guest ought to check out before 12:00AM. Please your contact our duty Assistant Manager if your would like to late check out. He will make decision depending on the hotel situation. Hotel may charge the room without Assistant Manager support.

　If there is any amendment or cancellation, Please you inform us before arrive date at less 24 hours.

　If the guest information is not correct, the reservation may be wrong ,guest should be responsible for any issues.
